- 1 / 5By Heather FowlerWe were on a road trip, happened through Hempstead, TX. Kids love pizza, but I'm gluten free because of health problems, not by choice. Most pizza restaurants have a gluten free option, or can at the very least, make a crust less pizza for those of us that suffer from severe gluten intolerance. This restaurant gave me no option at all. I spoke with the manager and he shrugged his shoulders and offered me nothing in return for the inconvenience of not having a gf option.
