We drove out there April 3rd wanting to try their food but everything is locked down and the property has a for sale sign on it. If you're looking for some good BBQ in the area DO NOT go to Hill Country, not worth your time or money. Drive toward houston a little and look for FM 362. There's a gas station (I think a shell) and waller county line BBQ. Good food, nice people, good prices. Best value to me is the stuffed BBQ potato.August 18, 2016
